INSTRUCTIONS

 

Proposal Low-Fi Prototype:

I wanted to create a coffee bean buying AR app, where when the user directs their cameras towards a coffee bean packaging, it will track which beans it is. Another option I had in mind was the ability to educate the users regarding the beans and create an immersive buying experience.

Here's my initial design proposal:

After discussing further with Sir Razif, he told me the idea wasn't good enough. He then suggested developing an educational application regarding my coffee machine guide. I thought this would be impossible as I would be tracking a physical object. Sir Razif mentioned that it's close to what he had/will make a tutorial on. He then helped by telling me what keywords I needed to search for and how to get a scanned 3d model.

I then matured this decision. 

I made this as an initial plan:

I wanted to make the AR app track this coffee machine with floating buttons on its dedicated area.
